Mount & Blade: Warband is a full version action game developed by TaleWorlds Entertainment. The game is set in a medieval world where you need to assemble your own band of warriors to become the ruler of the Calradia throne. The game offers a graphical overhaul with support for effects like HDR, FSAA, and depth of field, and introduces new models with greater detail and high-quality textures. The multiplayer mode allows up to 64 players to participate in battles and offers various modes like Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Conquest, Battle, and Siege.

The game offers a campaign mode where you can become the ruler of a faction and convince lords to become your vassals. You can upgrade your companions to vassals by granting them lands and marry a lady of the realm for romance or political gain. The game has improved mechanics for soldier morale, and you can pick any projectile off the battlefield for use as additional munitions. The game has new motion-captured combat animations, and numerous improvements to the combat system. The equipment system allows you to spend gold on more powerful equipment, using a carefully balanced system that will make combat more exciting without giving too much of an advantage to the leading team.
